Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

This is my refund and returns policy.

Through this website, I offer the following:

Tarot + Lenormand + Kipper Readings
Downloadable PDFs
Online Workshops

The Readings and the Downloadable PDFs are not eligible for refunds, especially after the Readings were provided or the PDFs were downloaded.

Refunds

For Readings

If you booked your reading in advance and want to cancel it, please email me 24 hours before your Reading appointment. You will receive a refund minus the PayPal processing Fees. Anytime after that, the fees would be forfeited.

You cannot transfer your Reading appointment to someone else. If you want to book a Gift Reading for someone, you have that option while ordering the Reading. Alternatively, you can mention it in the “Additional Information” box while ordering, or just email me when you order the Reading. However, you cannot transfer or gift the reading if you missed the refund deadline.

For Online Workshops

For Online Workshops, where you’ve made a full payment before the workshop, please let me know by the end of our second class if you wish to cancel. I will refund the pro-rated amount of your fees [because I did spend time and effort for those two classes], minus the PayPal transaction fees. If you choose to cancel after our second class, the fees will be forfeited.

If you’ve opted for a Payment plan, then I shall cancel it from my end right away, and refund the pro-rated amount of the fees paid thus far [since I did spend time and effort for those two classes], minus the PayPal transaction fees.

You cannot transfer or gift your Online workshop to someone else. If you’d like to gift a workshop to someone, please email me when you order the Workshop. You cannot transfer or gift your Workshop if you missed the refund deadline. The same rules apply when you’ve opted for a payment plan.
