The “American Board for Tarot Card Certification” site looks pretty bogus now, it is now a really badly created spam site that sends you to things like University of Phoenix. The ATA site has changed links slightly (you can find the new link with a quick Google search), but I think the truly “official” site is the Tarot Certification Board of America:

They have a comprehensive certification program in several stages, with the final being “Grand Tarot Master”. Im gonna go with that one. π
