This page tells you how I use artificial intelligence (AI) in my work. I want to be open with you about it. This is my AI policy.
How I Use AI
I use AI for a small set of tasks behind the scenes:
- I use Grammarly to correct many of my spelling mistakes and grammar mistakes, but not all of them.
- I use Claude Cowork to brainstorm ideas.
- I use Claude Cowork to transcribe my voice notes and my videos into text.
- I use Claude Cowork for some technical tasks and SEO tasks on my website.
- I use Claude Cowork to maintain and repair older content on my website.

These tools save me time and money. They also relieve a lot of frustration with having to understand all sorts of complex stuff that I’m not really into, just so people who want my services can find me online.
What Stays Human
The heart of my work stays human. AI does not replace it.
- I write (and speak) my own thoughts. AI does not think (or speak) for me.
- I do every Tarot Card Reading myself. My intuition and my experience guide each one.
- I teach in my own voice, from my own knowledge.
- I dictate, read, and approve all content before I publish it.

My View On AI

I think AI is a tool. A tool can help, or it can cause harm. The result depends on the person who uses it.
I use AI with care. I keep human control over my work at all times. I do not let a machine make the choices that are mine to make.
Copyright And Fair Use
I respect the work of other creators. I do not use AI to copy their work or to present it as my own. I believe companies that train AI models must credit and pay the creators of the material they use.
